This voltage limiter is installed like a consumer between ground and a live wire, reliably limiting the voltage to the nominal value. The lifespan of the bulbs is significantly increased.
One wire is equipped with a 4mm round plug, the other with a 6mm round eyelet.

Installation instructions:

Black wire:
The terminal of the black wire is screwed to the frame (ground) together with the mounting tab of the regulator.

Yellow wire:
The yellow wire from the voltage regulator is connected in parallel to the yellow wire from the switch in the circuit.
