As the first manufacturer worldwide, POLINI developed this comprehensive variomatic kit "Hi-Speed Evolution" for the 250/300 Piaggio QUASAR engine.

The kit includes not only the variator itself but also the matching front pulley, the special Polini aramid drive belt, as well as a counter-pressure spring that is about 10% harder.

The angle and diameter of the pulleys are optimized in conjunction with the special drive belt to allow for a larger adjustment range of the variomatic. This feature provides the vehicle with significantly better acceleration and a higher top speed!

This sport variator forms the optimal basis for any further tuning.
