As the first manufacturer in the world, POLINI developed this comprehensive variator kit "Hi-Speed Evolution" for the 250/300 Piaggio QUASAR engine.

The kit consists not only of the variator itself but also the matching front pulley, the special Polini aramid toothed belt, and a counterpressure spring that is approximately 10% stiffer.

The angles and diameters of the pulleys have been optimized in conjunction with the special toothed belt to offer a greater adjustable range of the variator. This feature significantly enhances the vehicle's acceleration as well as its top speed!

This sport variator forms the optimal basis for any further tuning.
