A valid supplemental sheet in Switzerland is essential for legal use. During a police check or when presenting the vehicle, the supplemental sheet must be presented. Importers usually charge several hundred Swiss francs for issuing a supplemental sheet for an exhaust system that was not purchased in Switzerland.
