This fluid has been specifically developed for hydraulic brake systems (SRAM, Avid, Hope, Hayes, etc.) that operate with DOT media. With its extremely high boiling point, it provides you with the necessary reserves to ensure that your brakes remain firm even under continuous load.

The greatest risk on long descents is known as brake fade. This occurs when the brake fluid heats up so much that gas bubbles can form, leading to a sudden loss of braking power. Important Application Notes

To ensure your brake system functions optimally, please observe the following points:

Compatibility: This product is exclusively suitable for systems designed for DOT 4 or DOT 5.1. It must not be used in mineral oil systems (e.g., Magura or Shimano).
Mixability: DOT 5.1 can be easily mixed with DOT 3 and DOT 4. Important: It must never be mixed with DOT 5 (silicone-based)!
Handling: DOT fluid is aggressive towards paints. When filling, it is best to use a cloth and clean any splashes immediately with water.
