This high-quality repair kit has been specially assembled for the 2-speed automatic engine of the Puch X30 NG/2-AH. It contains all the critical wear parts you need to restore your engine's full performance and reliability.

The set includes all bearings,
seals, and gaskets except for the special needle bush of the
sprocket shaft VL218.10, which must be ordered separately (see "compatible items").
Assembly Tips for the ZA50
The ZA50 engine is somewhat more complex than the E50 engine due to its 2-speed automatic transmission. Pay special attention to the axial clearance of the shafts during assembly. It is best to use a hot-cold method to insert the bearings: evenly heat the engine case and cool the bearings in the freezer—this allows them to slide into place with almost no effort. Before closing the case, be sure to check that the centrifugal clutch spins freely.
Care & Maintenance
After the overhaul, the correct transmission oil is crucial for the lifespan of the clutch plates. We recommend a high-quality ATF oil (Automatic Transmission Fluid) that is specifically tuned to the friction values of Puch automatic engines. After the first 50 kilometers, check all screws for a tight fit and ensure the case halves are sealed properly.
