Instead of painstakingly gathering all the individual parts, you get perfectly matched components in one set.

The kit includes four high-quality bearings that ensure necessary smoothness and stability of the crankshaft and gearbox shafts. Additionally, all the necessary gaskets as well as the appropriate shaft seals (Simmerrings) are included, so that your engine remains completely dry and sealed after assembly. The package is rounded off with a set of fresh housing screws and the suitable gear oil, so that your first ride after the rebuild can start right away.

Assembly and Maintenance Tips

• Preparation is everything: Thoroughly clean the housing halves of old gasket residues and oil residues before assembly. A clean sealing surface is the basic prerequisite for a sealed engine.

• Gaskets dry or damp?: You can install paper gaskets dry, but a thin film of sealing compound or a bit of grease helps to keep the gasket in place during assembly.

• Screws crosswise: Always tighten the new housing screws in a crisscross pattern and in multiple stages. This prevents the housing from warping and causing leaks.

• Check oil level: Fill in the included gear oil only when the engine is completely assembled and installed in the frame. Pay attention to the correct filling quantity according to the manufacturer's specifications.
