This electronic ignition coil replaces the original ignition coil, the breaker, and the capacitor. It fits Ducati and Bosch ignitions that are installed in almost all Puch and Sachs mopeds - singles, twins, automatic and manually shifted models.

The red wire is to be connected to the short circuit wire (usually the black wire)

The electronic ignition module type TV-2E is a device for converting acontact magnet ignition into a contactless magnet ignition.
It is installed as an internal ignition coil and completely replaces it along with the breaker contacts and the capacitor of the contact magnet ignition with internal ignition coil.

The type TV-2E is suitable for installation in various types of motorcycles, chainsaws, motor hoes, lawn mowers, outboard motors, andwater pumps that use a contact magnet ignition with internal ignition coil from BOSCH (for example, chainsaw type Stihl 070)

The type TV-2E corresponds to the Stihl OEM ignition module numbers:

It matches the dimensions of the Ducati type: 043 and the Bosch number: 2 204 211 043 (2204211043)

Important note:
A suppressed spark plug cap with at least 5 kOhm resistance must be used. We recommend spark plug caps of type NGK LB05F or LB10F.
If Beru, Merit, or other spark plug caps without corresponding resistance are used, the spark plug must necessarily be suppressed. Otherwise, it may lead to ignition interruptions or a defect of the VEC ignition.
