The muffler body is made of extremely lightweight and durable Grade 1 Titanium. In combination with the high-quality carbon end cap and the matching carbon heat shield, it creates an exclusive, sporty look. Handcrafted TIG-welded seams guarantee the highest precision and durability under extreme conditions. Thanks to the noticeable reduction in overall weight, the handling of your MT-07 is significantly improved, while the included EU/CH approval ensures completely carefree and legal riding on all roads.

Installation and Care Tips

• Installation: When installing the titanium complete system, careful work is essential. Always use new exhaust gaskets and tighten the screws evenly according to the specified torque in a crossed pattern, to avoid tension. We recommend checking all fasteners again after the first 100 km of riding.

• Care: Titanium reacts to fingerprints and grease. Clean the system when it is cooled down best with a special titanium cleaner or isopropyl alcohol, before starting the engine for the first time after installation, to prevent the burning in of stains. You can maintain the matte carbon parts gently with a soft microfiber cloth and mild detailer.

In case of a police check or during a demonstration, the attachment must be presented. For the issuance of an attachment for an exhaust system that was not purchased in Switzerland, importers usually charge several hundred Swiss francs.
