Cylinder Puch "Akoa Black Edition" – 38mm Original look (without cat.)

Puch tuning kit from the brand Akoa with MOS2-coated piston. Here we offer the cylinder in the Black Edition, which simply means that the cylinder is delivered in black.

We offer you a high-performance sport cylinder with a piston diameter of 38 mm and 50 cc. This can be very durable as long as it is treated properly. Comparable to an Airsal 38 mm.

The disadvantage of the Airsal and other models such as DMP or Swiing is that these partially do not have a CH12 imprint and the cylinder fins do not match 100%.

It is delivered complete, which includes the following contents:

- Cylinder

- Piston

- Piston pin including retaining rings

- Piston rings

- Gasket set (intake, exhaust, cylinder head & cylinder base)

- 4 studs

The sport cylinder is suitable for Puch models with E50, Z50, or ZA50 engines. These engines were originally installed in Puch models such as:

- Puch Maxi-S / N

- Puch X30 Sport NS / NL

- Puch X30 Sport NG 2-A

- Puch Supermaxi models

The cylinder is kept 100% original externally. The cooling fins match the cylinder head, and the CH12 imprint on the upper cooling fin has not been omitted. Thus, it is indistinguishable from the original.

To get the full performance out of the cylinder, a racing exhaust and a sport carburetor are recommended. If you want to ride the cylinder with the original carburetor, please do not forget to re-tune it. Otherwise, your cylinder will run a bit dry.

The revised version of the previously offered cylinder now comes with a piston that is equipped with a MOS2 (molybdenum disulfide) coating. MOS2 is a self-lubricating coating that leads to improved friction efficiency, optimized sliding properties, and a longer service life.
